1) Authenticity

i) Items sold are authentic and genuine

2) Orders & Bookings

i) Pre-order items: at least 50% deposit is required

ii) Booking (ready stock items): RM100 for booking fee. Items with booking fees only will be reserved

iii) No cancellation is allowed once the deposit has been paid. Deposit is not refundable unless the items ordered/booked are unavailable
iv) Reserved items must be paid within 4 weeks, or, they will be up for sale again.

3) Payment Method

i) Deposit to Maybank Account

ii) Once the payment made, please inform us via email

4) Delivery

i) Any pre-order items will take about 2-4 weeks to reach us, while ready stocks will take approaximately 2-3 working days to reach at your doorsteps. Occasionally, there’ll be delay due to certain circumstances

ii) Pos Laju (charges depend on the weight & size of the item(s))

iii) Self pick-up can be arranged.

5) All sales are final. Items sold are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable

6) Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during shipment/postage
